Rozzano Locsin, RN, Ph.D, FAAN

He is the inaugural International Nursing Professor at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, Tokushima University, in Tokushima, Japan, and Professor Emeritus at Florida Atlantic University, Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing in Florida. He holds visiting professorial positions at colleges of nursing in Thailand, Uganda, and the Philippines. As a theorist and scholar of caring in nursing, he authored the middle-range theory on Technological Competency as Caring in Nursing. His international commitments are illustrated in continuing global initiatives. Through the Fulbright Scholar Award, he developed the first Masters program in Nursing in Uganda while researching the phenomenon "waiting-to-know" and the lived experiences of persons exposed to patients who died of Ebola Hemorrhagic Fever. He was the first recipient of the Lillian O. Slemp Endowed Chair in Nursing at the University of Texas-Pan American in Edinburg, Texas in 2007. In August 2009, he was the first recipient of the John F. Wymer, Jr. Distinguished Professor in Nursing at Florida Atlantic University. In 2006, Dr. Locsin was inducted as Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (FAAN).

Violeta Lopez, RN, RM, MNA, MPET, JBICF, Ph.D, FACN

Professor Lopez research interests are in transcultural nursing, development, translation and psychometric evaluation of research instruments, cancer symptom management, caregiving, and psychoeducational interventions. She has obtained over $2 million in research grants and worked closely with the multidisciplinary research team. She has published 120 journal articles, books and book chapters as well as had been invited as a keynote or plenary speaker in a number of international conferences. She also is a peer reviewer of international medical and nursing refereed journals, International Editorial Board member of Research in Nursing and Health, European Journal of Health, and Advances in Nursing, She is one of the Associate Editor of Journal of the European Journal of Oncology Nursing. She serves as panel referee for external research grants for SingHealth Foundations and Australian Health and Medical Research Council and Health Services Research, Food and Health Bureau, Hong Kong. In 2018, she was inducted into the Sigma's International Nurse Researcher Hall of Fame.

Rose Constantino, RN, PhD, JD, FAAN, FACFE

She is an Associate Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing, Department of Health and Community Systems. She teaches Forensic Nursing. She is the senior editor of Forensic Nursing: Evidence-based Principles and Practice published by F. A. Davis in 2013. Her pro bono family law practice is founded on her research on the consequences of Intimate Partner Violence on the health, safety and well-being of women, men and children worldwide. Her current research is in comparing the effectiveness of Online and Face-to-Face intervention in women and children in intimate partner violence. She is mentoring students in developing the HELPP Zone app as a training tool for bystanders worldwide in recognizing, responding and preventing relationship violence including domestic and sexual violence. In 2019, she was the recipient of the DOST Balik Scientist and in 2020, she was inaugurated to ANA’s Hall of Fame.

Leo Felix Jurado, PhD, RN, APN, NE-BC, CNE, FAAN

He is a nurse educator, nurse administrator, advanced practice nurse and community leader. He has almost three decades of professional nursing experience. He has taught in several schools of nursing and has held leadership positions in medical centers. He served as President of the New Jersey Board of Nursing, President of the Philippine Nurses Association of New Jersey and eventually President of the Philippine Nurses Association of America. He has received numerous awards that recognize his leadership and expertise in nursing education including the Nursing Excellence Award in Education from the New Jersey State Nurses Association, Outstanding Nurse Educator Award from the Philippine Nurses Association of America, and the DON Exceptional Leadership Award from the Institute of Nursing; Asian-American Leadership Award. He is currently a Professor and Chairperson, William Paterson University, Department of Nursing.
