Michael Dino, PhD, RN

Professor Michael Joseph S. Diño is an Apple Distinguished Educator (ADE) and a member of its Global Advisory Board (2015-2017) for two terms. He graduated Summa Cum Laude both in the Masters (Nursing) and Doctoral Degree (Development Studies) from Our Lady of Fatima University and the Royal and Pontifical University of Sto. Tomas, respectively. At present, he is the Director of the Research Development and Innovation Center of the Our Lady of Fatima University and President of the Phi Gamma Chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society in Nursing.

Erlyn Macarayan, PhD, RN

Erlyn Rachelle Macarayan is a research fellow working with the Primary Health Care program at Ariadne Labs and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health working with the Lancet Commission on High Quality Health Systems. She earned a PhD in health systems monitoring and evaluation at the University of Queensland in Australia and a Masters in Health and Social Sciences at the De La Salle University in the Philippines. She worked as a consultant at the Gavi Vaccine Alliance in Switzerland and with the WHO Regional Office for Europe in Denmark.

Rozzano Locsin, RN, PhD, FAAN

Professor Rozzano Locsin is a multi-awarded nurse scholar and educator. He held the Lillian O. Slemp Endowed Chair in Nursing at the University of Texas Pan American (Edinburg, Texas), and the John F. Wymer Distinguished Professor of Nursing at Florida Atlantic University (Boca Raton, Florida). Dr. Locsin was a Fulbright Scholar to Uganda, and Fulbright Senior Specialist in Global and Public Health and International Development. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (FAAN)
