Rozzano Locsin, RN, Ph.D, FAAN is the inaugural International Nursing Professor at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, Tokushima University, in Tokushima, Japan, and Professor Emeritus at Florida Atlantic University, Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing in Florida. He holds visiting professorial positions at colleges of nursing in Thailand, Uganda, and the Philippines. As a theorist and scholar of caring in nursing, he authored the middlerange theory on Technological Competency as Caring in Nursing.

Violeta Lopez, RN, RM, MNA, MPET, JBICF, Ph.D, FACN is currently the Director of Research, Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine National University of Singapore. She has obtained over $2 million research grants and worked closely with multidisciplinary research team. She has published 120 journal articles, books and book chapters as well as had been invited as a keynote or plenary speaker in a number of international conferences. She also is a peer reviewer of international
medical and nursing refereed journals, International Editorial
Board member of Research in Nursing and Health, European Journal of Health, and Advances in Nursing, She is one of the Associate Editor of Journal of the European Journal of Oncology Nursing. 

Leo Felix Jurado, RN, Ph.D, FAAN is a nurse educator, nurse administrator, advanced practice nurse and a community leader. He has almost three decades of professional nursing experience. He has taught in several schools of nursing and has held leadership positions in medical centers. He served as President of the New Jersey Board of Nursing, President of the Philippine Nurses Association of New Jersey and eventually President of the Philippine Nurses Association of America. He has received numerous awards that recognize his leadership and expertise in nursing education including the Nursing Excellence Award in Education from the New Jersey State Nurses Association, Outstanding Nurse Educator Award from the Philippine Nurses Association of America, and the DON Exceptional Leadership Award from the Institute of Nursing; Asian-American Leadership Award.

Rose Constantino, RN, Ph.D, JD, FAAN, FACFE is Associate Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing, Department of Health and Community Systems. She teaches Forensic Nursing. She is the senior editor of Forensic N ursing: Evidence-based Principles and Practice published by F. A. Davis in 2013. Her pro bono family law practice is founded on her research on the consequences of Intimate Partner Violence o n the health, safety and well-being of women, men and c hildren worldwide. Her current research is in comparing the effe ctiveness of Online and Face-to-Face intervention in women and children in intimate partner violence. She is mentoring stu dents in developing the HELPP Zone app as a training tool for bystanders worldwide in recognizing, responding and prevent ing relationship violence including domestic and sexual violence.
