24 New Members Inducted; BND Nursing Lecture in Cotabato City

Cotabato City, December 7 - Twenty-four students were inducted into the BND Nursing Society today at Dr. Pedro Ocampo Colleges Inc. (DPOCI) BND honors student leadership and celebrates those who have worked to better the standing of the Society both on and off campus. New members are selected by the nursing dean, Prof. Socorro Aquino. FJ Babate, national president of the BND Society presided over the orientation and membership induction/elections ceremony which was held at the College's audio-visual room.

In remarks to the 2007 inductees from DPOCI, news student members Hyder Mastura, Hannah Orig and Erwin Yrac applauded the timely establishment of the society.

Earlier in the day, Mr. Babate provided a lecture on nursing research methods (part of the ongoing BND Nursing Lecture Series supported by Julius and Angel Bursary) to over 150 students and 60 faculty and staff members.
